  1. Great fight between Neil and Prust. Love Neil trying to get the crowd into it while fighting.
  2. He got benched because Schneider is probably already an elite goalie and likely their goalie of the future. Luongo doesn't have to be better than that to still be good. Luongo has all kinds of flaws in terms of personality and mental game, but he's a very talented goalie. That said, there's 0% chance he ends up in Chicago whether they want him or not. Just not going to happen. My feeling is that Tampa or Florida are infinitely more likely. I'd still bet on Florida.
  3. Hold on, I'm not in favor of taking on that contract, but he's way better than Crawford. This year, for GAA Luongo was 16th and Crow was 32nd. For save %, 12th and 35th. 35th!!! As I said, there's no way I'm taking on that kind of contract for a middle of the road keeper. But all other things aside, he would be a clear improvement over Crawford.
  4. Shaw in, Saad out. Not surprising. Gotta remember too if we advance he can't play more than another five games and it burns a year of his contract. Hoss at the UC today, said to be doing "better" but still out.
  5. I don't know, too much history. Too much knowing he's a head case.
  6. Is that really how Garcia spells his first name? Oh, and go Cubs. I guess.
  7. I'm pretty sure part of his brain got left on the ice. Upper body injury. It's part of the process. In all seriousness, the consensus is that it's not a broken jaw and the short stay in the hospital I guess rules out a skull fracture so a concussion seems most likely. Right. I'll bet if the Hawks lose tonight, the extent of the injury will be made public tomorrow.
  8. Yeah through 2021-22. Wow. Although the number isn't all that bad in the short term. I think they will find a taker. Yeah, like some desperate playoff contender that thinks they're just a goalie away... yes please You're kidding, right?
  9. Yeah through 2021-22. Wow. Although the number isn't all that bad in the short term. I think they will find a taker.
  10. We still have that break out offensive game coming. Monday would be fine. I really hope I can watch that game. Will be banished to Terre Haute for work. I don't suppose they get CSNC there...
  11. Boom. These bitches are in trouble now.
  12. Man I'm fuckin tired. I hate this series.
  13. Oduya wtf man!
  14. This would be the 7th straight.
  15. Man those were some prime chances.
  16. You gotta be kidding me.
  17. Alright guys you're due.
  18. Nice. Great job Saad.
  19. This PP is [expletive] horrible!!! Jesus.
  20. This playoff series really puts a damper on his breakout season, because he's been pathetically bad. I remembered being down on him after last season too. And checking his playoff line from last year, I remember why. 7 games, 1 goal, no assists and 5 PIMs. He's building a bad rep. Brunette and Kruger are allergic to scoring chances.
  21. Stalberg is trying his hardest to end his season tonight.
  22. Way too much stick handling. Terrible.
  23. Some good chances but I'll bet this settles in for a boring while.
  24. Hammer is the least offensive defenseman in the league. He would do well to remember that. Do your job, bro.
  25. Again can't argue with that start. 4 shots allowed. Just gotta bury some chances.
