    Besides Shark, who else is the longest tenured Cub? With a rotating carousel of 4th OF's/utility players, Rizzo looks to be the de facto leader - but he's got 1 full year in. Um, Castro was called up in 2010. But Castro can't possibly be a team leader... I didn't mention Castro b/c hasn't there been some who question whether or not he fits Theo/Jed's ideal? Jed's traded for Rizzo twice.

    All teams have players that are leaders that own the clubhouse - whether it be based on the on-field performance (ie. Kerry Wood) or "veteran leadership". Who's the 2014 Cubs team leaders(s) in the clubhouse? I'd like to say Shark, but he's looking to get traded and all the other players know it. Ideally, it would be Castro/Rizzo but they haven't had the long sustaining success to take the mantle. Sweeney or Schierholtz? My point is this - its obvious they glaring have on-field issues already, but I'm curious to know what goes on behind closed doors. Whose team is this in the clubhouse? Who's the leader? Or is this just BS?
