    BigSlick. I hear ya. That's how I think sometimes. It's it friggen amazing how they can get so many runners, but hardly any runs. And is any other team MORE up and down than this one? They go on an 8 for 9 run, looking AMAZING offensively and pitching wise. And then all of a sudden lose 4 of their next 5. When their not pitching their not hitting, when they get a stellar pitching performance, they waste it. When they are up by 4, they blow it. When they are down by 1, they bend over. Yech. It seems like I could almost predict the Cubs win/lose graph this year. It will be very jagged, I can promise you that. . I didn't actually watch this game. I hung out with friends. I'm glad I did miss it, cause it sounded like a boring WASTE of a good pitching performance. (another one :cry:)

    I can agree. Maybe shut the phones off for 1 year until JH is fired, and there is a new owner and GM. I'd like to save our pieces so a good GM can use them to get some good pieces back.

    I wonder if there is something slightly "off" in his delivery. He looked to be having some trouble locating pitches. And part of Rich Hills success is he had a SHARP fastball and great curve. And his location was near perfect. He was able to keep batters off balance by locating his pitches well off both corners. And when they'd guess Curve, he'd blow a FB right in the outside edge.

    That's very questionable. Are you kidding me? Soriano is a terrible defensive player no matter where you put him. Someone has him. Not sure if It's BP or Rotoworld. Soriano at +2 defensively at LF.

    Miller in the bullpen is less depressing than Miller starting. Heck, I might even feel more comfortable with Miller for an inning, than Eyre.
