    so who's stance does Kyle Schwarber's stance remind you of? I think they mentioned it on the draft show or at least someone somewhere did but I forgot where I read it. I like it.

    There is none. Wait until Bryant is elected into the HOF while still playing and HE will then become the guy who kids want to model their game after.

    What is slot, about 4.2 mil? I think the best case scenerio is the get him for 3.0 and are able to sign one more highly rated guy they grabbed on day 3. The likely scenerio is as you have mentioned probably somewhat of an underslot and they will still get Cease, Sands, and Steele. And everyone in rounds 1-10 actually. I don't know if having to pay Schwarber 3.5 mil or so means he automatically now so much more talented than if he agreed to 3.0 mil.

    Day of the draft I liked Jackson or Gordon over Schwarber easy. That's before I knew much about him. However I like Schwarber + Sands and Cease over Jackson and meh. Schwarber seems like a cool guy, which doesn't help his baseball ability but makes it easy as a fan to root for him.

    Someone on PSD said Shadev Sharma thinks Alcantara might be called up by the end of the month. I don't know if the dude tweeted it or maybe he read it on BN. Anyone seen where Sharma might have said that.

    There's a day 3? This thing got pretty pointless about 250 picks ago CJ Edwards. Pick #1464. We haven't found our own CJ Edwards yet. Scouts better have done their homework! Stay tuned all day long Kyle because you want to say you heard his name, whoever he is, on the conference call 30 years ago when he was first selected.

    I'm a fan if he can stick at 3B. Also like his teammate Tannger English as a CF. Is Greg Allen gone (San Diego State CF)? If not, he's probably my favorite bat out there. If you want him to stick, better not use crisco. How would that make him stick?

    Yep, somewhat similar to last year. 1 college bat 2 college arm 3 college bat 4 upside HS arm Sands was universally ranked somewhere in the top 60's wasn't he? Think they have a bit more money in the tank for 1 or 2 more of these types?

    So far we haven't popped that high upside type. But we didn't do that last year until round 4 with Skulina. However I still like the top of our draft, I love Schwarber.

    As a player, I do not believe it. As a total package, including price/signability, sure. Ahhh, DERP on me. I didn't think of that. Yeah when you add the unspoken things it makes sense.
