Holy horsefeathers. I came to the realization after Saturday's game that all of the games I have watched with my dad this year the Cubs have lost. That's 3 in person and 6 on TV. We have season tickets we will be most definitely using come playoff time. The Cubs really need to start winning some of those games before then. -
Yeah, if my years on message boards has taught me anything players only respond to a good stern yellin' none of this begging garbage I think Joe seems so much more subdued these days because he tired himself out from all of the screaming he did.

Donaldson, sure, but the hell you can't on the other two (especially Archer/Garza). I still say LeMahieu is mostly a product of Coors Field and would be nothing we care that much about should he not play 81 games there. Most likely. I'm just still prejudiced against any trade that actually targets Ian Stewart, even if it is for junk like Colvin. The Garza trade, however, was just dumb.

Yeah, but barely any selection. I shop at Costco plenty, but usually go elsewhere for toiletries.

I'd like to wake up in the morning sometime and not feel stiff/sore. I just went to CVS and spent at least 5 minutes comparing sale prices on toothpaste. I was THIS close to saying "hey, that's a good deal!" out loud when I finally settled on one. you gotta ease back into that my brother. I always [expletive] overdo it. Never learn. That's been a big part of me getting back into shape; I find myself trying to run or ride a bike or pretty much anything like I could 5-10 years ago and basically every time it's a big, "whoa, OK, can't do THAT like I used to."

Old things I experienced this week: standing up from a crouch and having to hold on to a counter because my knees hurt. Having to trim my eyebrows. Just put me in the ground already.
