After a battery of tests they, fortunately, figured it was weight/lifestyle-based, so that was a really effective motivator to buckle down. If anyone needs to lose more than 20 pounds, I can't recommend the program I have been on, Ideal Protein, enough. If you stick to it, it works, no way around it. You end up burning a good 3-5 pounds a week.
