  1. Man, he does just keep climbing those stats.
  2. He still wasn't out! Look, I was frustrated with Barrett when he had trouble doing the same, I don't see why some of us shouldn't be frustrated with Kendall in that area, especially since his bat isn't nearly as good as Barrett's was for about 3 seasons.
  3. Yeah, let's totally ignore he didn't throw out his 21st base stealer. The guy is doing alright with the bat and it's cool, but I'm sick of other teams basically running at will on us...some of it is the pitchers, but a lot of it is our catchers.
  4. I fear the impending revolution of the serfs.
  5. I know they won big last night, but jeezum crow that's an ugly lineup.
  6. Where is that, Bizzaro-New York?
  7. It's really baffling. I went into this year thinking the Cubs were going to be mashing the ball like crazy, with Barrett being a big part of that. Whoops on both counts.
  8. And replaced by... I think Murton could do it, he's starting to hit for power. How about this lineup Theriot SS Kendal C Murton LF(or RF) Ramirez 3B Soriano RF(or LF) DeRosa/Fontenot 2B Lee 1B Pie CF Pitcher This is another one of your jokes, right?
  9. At this point that's pretty much only as a pinch runner. Pass.
  10. It hasn't been just "at the moment" for most of the season. The power they're missing is pretty key to being a "dominant lineup."
  11. Ward's a power hitter? Jones? I guess that depends on how you define it. Comparatively speaking. Based on his last 5 seasons (with one exception), it wasn't a stretch to think he'd hit around 20 HR's.
  12. It's arguable whether or not it would be the most dominant in the NL Central.
  13. No kidding. He looks terrified of swinging. Agreed. I'm much more concerned with him watching a ton of hittable pitches going by and then seemingly trying to make up for it by hacking at terrible ones.
  14. I'm taking credit for this one. On the flipside, I had been able to watch them lose all those games, but was finally unable to watch last night. I'll lock myself in a dark room when the game comes on tonight.
  15. I'd prefer Tuesday. Take no chances with a guy like Rammy.
