    Basically received nothing that will help this year(though I could see Stevens doing something in the pen), but Archer and Gaub(along with Stevens) are at least interesting prospects. Indeed. It's not the deal itself that's the bad part, just that Hendry did such a poor job replacing what DeRosa brought to the team.

Your continued hatred (or whatever it is) of Blanco is baffling. He's a cheap backup, same as Hill. I'm not sure what you expect out of such players.
