  1. And of COURSE it's [expletive] AJ at the plate.
  2. Wow even Mojo's losing it lol. Good to see Demp is trying to go a whole game again with a ball to strike ratio of 1:1. Thats just pathetic That's the kind of thing that just infuriates me. A hitter as bad as Wise, just throw the ball over the plate. If he somehow manages to get a hit, it happens, but don't give him a free pass. Let him make a [expletive] out.
  3. I can't believe this sack of [expletive] walked Dwayne [expletive] Wise. Inexcusable. He deserved to have that run score for doing something so dumb.
  4. According to the Score Bradley is in the lineup.
  5. Yeah, he should be in there as long as he hits, but let's not act like the very few games he's been in the field proves he's a good defender or even just not a terrible defender.
  6. Exactly. Milton is no saint and his performance this year has been frustrating to say the least, but this seems like a load of crap. Dempster and especially Zambrano had what sound like much worse dugout tantrums. Hell, Marmol capped his disaster today by tossing [expletive] around the dugout.
  7. Bradley's teammates have always adored him. Definitely. This seems rather arbitrary given that guys have been chucking crap around the dugout and smashing things all season, yet only now Lou had had enough?
  8. Payback for strike 3 not being called on Fields.
  9. This whole debacle really should be a fireable offense for Hendry. No kidding. Let's throw a ton of cash at a guy who has had one good year who is a known cancer and who has only played more than 101 games TWICE in his 10 year career. What's the worst that could happen? If they had held onto DeRosa (and Adam Dunn hadn't also been available) it would have been a decent gamble.
  10. For the love of God, at least get this first out.
  11. Has Beckham had a walkoff hit yet? If not, I don't like him being the 3rd guy up against Gregg.
  12. With the way Fox has been hitting of late (And what Hoff has shown he can do in certain stretches) I'm pretty much ready to say "seeyuh" to Milton.
  13. These shadows are ridiculous. What an awful ballaprk, and I say that fully realizing what a dump Wrigley is.
  14. The other options on a day like this are even worse.
  15. I really wish there was even a shred of a chance that Lou would just leave Marshall in for the 9th.
  16. Pulling Wells was a smart move given his pitch count. Using Marmol was not.
  17. And of course it's AJ coming up with the bases loaded. I'll be stunned at anything less than a grand slam in this godforsaken hellhole.
  18. Hopefully reminding him that he has a fastball, too.
