  1. Dillon Maples last 4 outings..... 4IP 3H 0R 0ER 0BB 10K I think that's decent.
  2. We didn't get Cobbs, he went to the Redskins instead.
  3. Bears get DE Bunmi Rotimi, out of ODU. 86 on that list. Also get Simmie Cobbs! Cobbs and Toliver are both extremely nice gets.
  4. Bears got Kevin Toliver, which is awesome. Also got CB Rashard Fant, 150th on that list, out of Indiana.
  5. Bears get CB Michael Joseph, out of Dubuque. 100 on that list.
  6. Bears got Dejon Allen, an OL, who is 6th on Optimum Scoutings list of 212 UDFA's. Nall is 61.
  7. Hill has multiple failed drug tests, and was suspended from the team. Tolliver was a really highly recruited guy out of HS. He wasn't very good at LSU though despite having a ton of potential. He was also suspended for team rules violations (think he missed some meetings). Jackson was kicked out of Florida after an armed robbery and home invasion. Hill or Tolliver appear like they're at least worth a look then. Armed robbery though? Geez. Ryan Nall, a RB from Oregon is the first UDFA signee. Meeks went to the Jags.
  8. What is Holton Hill's off field stuff? If it's not some ridiculous horsefeathers, then he's a steal. But, the fact he's still available, probably says a lot. Anyway, Tolliver or JC Jackson would be very nice. Double up on WR with Cribbs or Tate. Desmond Harrison would be a cool project for Hiestand.
  9. If he could stay healthy, his draft stock seems like it'd have been much higher. Glad they addressed the spot, I guess.
  10. Jets sniped Nickerson. Ejiofor gone too.
  11. Still some solid name guys out there..... Give me Cain or Brown at WR, Nickerson or Hill at CB, or Ejiofor or Holland as an Edge.
  12. DT Bilal Nichols out of Delaware.... Man, I really wanted one of Crosby or Jones.
  13. Not really. 139th best player according to my favorite ranking site. Picked 115. My Steelers fan buddy thinks he was their target at the end of this round. Not sure why they drafted a 2nd ILB though. Definitely not a "need" pick Maybe they think this is Trevathan's last year as a Bear?
  14. Pace has shown interest in Hankins previously, I'd love that. Vaccaro would be nice too. We're in great shape for any June 1st cuts too. I guess that's where we find some Edge help, in the end. Although it could just be bringing Young or Houston back at some point.
  15. The more I've read on Ogbonnia Okoronkwo, the more I like him. I'd be happy with him in the 4th too. Meeks as well, for that matter.
  16. I'll add these guys for me..... WR Deon Cain WR DaeSean Hamilton OT Jamarco Jones OT Desmond Harrison DE Dorrance Armstrong CB Nick Nelson CB DJ Reed Sweat,Crosby, and Cain are my top 3. Yeah, Cain and Hamilton would be easily in my top 5 (along w/ Sweat, Crosby, Hurst) if the Bears didn't pick a WR yesterday, didn't include them because I just don't see them going w/ another WR. My "next 3" would be Armstrong, Nelson, and Jones. Jones would be a very nice add for Hiestand to work on. I'd love to see them draft Massie's replacement today. No idea what to suspect today, because I truly figure they just drafted 3 starters. Nothing would shock me. I could even see a QB taken. A RB may get drafted today. Kind of suspect we will take one actually. I don't expect a TE. WR COULD still be addressed, but I agree it's unlikely. I do think the O-Line gets addressed again. I'm guessing they'll grab an Edge at some point. Doubt they take an interior D-Line, but it's possible. Won't be taking another ILB. Another DB is possible. Could even take 2. My biggest needs left Edge CB depth Massie replacement for next year Depth at one of RB, WR, S, or DO But just go straight BPA and hope for the best. Still can't believe we've already got what we've got.
  17. I'll add these guys for me..... WR Deon Cain WR DaeSean Hamilton OT Jamarco Jones OT Desmond Harrison DE Dorrance Armstrong CB Nick Nelson CB DJ Reed Sweat,Crosby, and Cain are my top 3.
  18. I'm with Raw. I love this draft. Not sure we'd have Daniels, if we had gotten Ridley, so I think I'm happy things went this way. As for value, we added pick 51. That's worth a future 2nd and an early 4th, in my mind. If we're drafting inside the top 10, then we fucked up. But damn, I'm actually excited about this team next year.
  19. I was disappointed on not taking Landry or trading back. But, Daniels is a day 1 starter and fills a true position of need too. So, after a few minutes, I quickly like the pick. That said, I DO want us to move back into the 3rd somehow. What would it take, without using both our 4ths? One of them, plus our 3rd next year probably?
  20. I've got 20 guys I'd be perfectly fine with at 39. So, I'm definitely hoping for a 15-20 spot trade back. Hopefully we address OG, WR, or OLB with the pick(s) today. But, I'd be perfectly fine with a DB too.
  21. They've got to be trying to move picks from next year.
  22. Landry, I guess, if they move back in?
  23. Just looked at some FA that are still out there, in case we don't fill a hold or 2. Obviously, the pickings are slim, but not barren.... WR- Dez Bryant, Eric Decker, Dontrelle Inman OG- Jahri Evans DE/OLB- Dee Ford, Junior Galette, Willie Young CB- Bashaud Breeland (can't pass physical for a few months) Not much, but some guys that you could conceivably get a solid year from. Anyway, we probably won't be filling all of our remaining needs, a guy or two here could help.
  24. And O-Line is not. It looks like we may be bargain bin shopping for a Guard in FA.
  25. Great, Green Bay gets an extra 1st next year.
