There are a bunch of solid bullpen arms left. My guess is we'll wind up with one of Blevins, Logan, or Wood. Probably Wood, because he'll come cheapest and because he's kind of considered a glue guy type, which we value, on some level..... Current Pen Locks Davis, Rondon, Strop, Edwards, Grimm Fighting for spots Duensing, Zastryzny, Pena, Leathersich, others not worth mentioning So, if we DO sign a Ross or trade for a SP that definitely pushes Monty to the pen, it literally puts us down to one open spot, if we go with a 12 man rotation. Which tells me we're looking at a 13 man staff for most of the year, especially with our positional player versatility. Only fight would be Seal Boy versus Szczur(who may still be dealt) for the 12th spot, if no injuries..... It also kind of makes me think Rob Z is beginning the year in AAA as a starter, for depth. Along with whatever else we acquire for rotational depth. There are a BUNCH of RHRP's still out there and musical chairs will leave more than a handful without jobs. I could see us getting a Matt Belisle type(just an example) as an NRI, that makes the team. At any rate, our pen is in pretty damn good shape and another move or two is great. The starter depth is the most interesting thing out there for us, as far as I'm concerned.....
