    If Wood and Prior are not healthy for most of the season, then yes, the brewers are better than us. Murton is a bit of an unknown, but I think he'll do just fine. Cedeno is another matter. He tears up AAA and VWL with little plate discipline, which is kind of troubling, but I'd rather see him develop in Chicago than watch another year of Neifi.

    But Rincon is a mil cheaper than King would have been.. King wasnt all that great either.. and no I'm not saying Rincon is either.. Could do worse though.. Sure King would have been OK to keep but we got 3 alright players for King's price.. Not too bad IMO. Rincon may suck but then when he goes out there and pitches a career year... wait.. :lol: yeah, you guys trimmed some fat. :P

    I think Clemens could play pretty much anywhere he wanted to, provided that team could cover his salary. It's all up to him.

    Don....do you really think Baker is going to play Murton and Cedeno? I like Abreu too but IMO he is going to take a couple of major league ready players just to start the Phillies talking. Since the Cubs have 2 #1 starters and 3 number 5's I think that hurts the chance of this deal happening. supposedly Baker doesn't want an extension in Chicago, so there is only one more year left of his vet love.     Nobody gets it because it's not true. I disagree. How often does Turner call a deep post or fly? Or a crossing pattern? Most of the time it's a sideline fade, or a quick slant. how many times has Orton overthrown the ball? that 1st pass to Clark was just a ridiculous catch, which would have been picked otherwise. the throw to Berrian was actually a takeaway by Berrian. that was a pick until the WR stole it. let's not give orton a pass b/c of 2 great plays from his WR.
