    It's a curse, I tell ya !! Stupid goat Someone needs to bring a random animal to the Sox [it hurts to say- WS] game- like a llama or something- & see if they'll let them in with it. If not, we'll give the Sox the llama curse. Hey- I'm depressed. What can I say..

    Is there more details to the punching incident? lol. Sorry it wasn't a great game. WhiteSox fans are total jerks. I was at the game in May Maddux vs. Garcia at Wrigley, & in the 9th this one Sox fan was chanting really loudly 'Cubs Suck'. This teenager starts telling him to sit down & let us watch the game. So he takes her Cubbie bear claw thing & rips it. Then when security came to take him, he wouldn't move & his wife was literally clinging to his back. Like I said- jerks.

    My dad's been doing that since day 1 of the post season, claiming that any team he roots for will lose. Yet look where they are now. I told him to root for the Angels starting tonight..

    That 9th almost gave me an effing heart attack. Thankfully the Astros didn't blow it.. unlike us.

    Funny how Ozzie claims not to have seen Aj's interference, but he can CLEARLY see Iguchi touch 2nd. Pfft. I've counted 4 calls & 1 moronic act in favor of the Sox total this series [so far]: 1. Aj's disupted call 2. Catchers interference 3. Scottie 'safe' at first 4. Scottie 'safe' at second 5. 3B umpire not getting out of the way of Chone. [moronic act]

    He's a great player, I'll admit. Too bad his greatness is overshadowed by his effing team.. Of all teams.. why the Cardinals? Why not someteam like TampaBay? >_<

    I could see that. There is a solid boundry to compare it to. You can look and tell if the ball his the line, or what side of the poll the ball left the park on. Also isn't something that would come up very often in a game One of the other things was whether or not a ball hits the pole. Gammons said that with the new designs of parks it's only getting harder for the umpires to make the correct call. Now that I think of it, he mentioned having it as a resource when it comes to the possibility of fan interference. Fan interference.. [sarcastic laugh] I like the idea when it comes down to those singled out things.. but not every pitch on if its a ball/strike. Then it would be pointless to have umpires on the field. They could watch the replay after each pitch & the game would take forever.

    Ehh. Personally I love the guy. When he's not K'ing because he's swinging for the fences, he's awesome. He may not be 100%, & he may not be the best 3B, but he's one of our best hitters. I remember Dave Kaplan getting mad at him for not running to first/walking with the bat when grounding out over the summer [i think Bob mentioned it once too], but that was it. & I mean, the guy was playing injured because we'd be screwed if he wasn't playing. [We wound up being screwed anyway, but you get my point..]

    Assssssstros. Sorry, my S key is broke.. :wink: Although if the Cardinals DO win it all this year, maybe they'll have to get rid of all their 'hotshots' & we won't have to hear about how 'amazing' they are..

    You have to be kidding me. Hooray for bandwagons!!! wasn't he in the movie about the Black Sox scandal Eight Men Out Yep, he was. Hmm. 5.7% is pretty high for a BS call like that.. Must be the WhiteSox bangwagoners who think they know everything because their team is in the ALCS.. I like the quote Molina said- "You will never see a catcher trap a ball and just roll it back to the mound. Never," Molina said. "Why? If there is any doubt, why not just tag the guy? He's standing right there."

    From the Tribune today- Wtf. We could have used him against the Mets. He had 2 homers against them in May, yet we let Macias play? O_o

    Maybe AJ wouldn't get hit so much if his elbow pad wasn't so flippin' big.. O_o I missed the ejection though.. I turned it off in the 4th. *slaps self*

    Thanks for answering questions, Adam. Every player has a unique story- What motivated you to go into a career of baseball, & what emotions/thoughts did you have when you learned you would be playing in the majors along with Matt Murton? Best of luck. We're all rooting for you. =)
