There is a lot of camaraderie among the writers. We have to live with each other for eight months! The traveling writers are myself, Kiley, Sully, Jeff Vorva of the Daily Southtown (about half the road games) and Carrie Muskat of MLB.com. We all get on each other's nerves at times, I'm sure. It's a lot less crowded on the road because the Chicago TV and radio stations generally don't travel. We compete with each other, but we remain civil and friendly. It's that way in most cities. In some cities, I've seen it get a little to a lot nasty, with guys not even speaking to one another. Tell Carrie that there's a new website where she can buy a Neifi T-shirt.
