Best case scenario is that the twitter account is run by Andy or Lance Armstrong. I can't decide which would be better. No offense, andy. It would just be funny. As much of a flap as this was always going to be, it's very interesting that ND did jack about it after finding out on 12/26. The hate is just going to pour in from all directions on the university; if it turns out that he's a lying ponce, they should just throw him to the wolves for trying to have his cake and eat it too. I can't believe they didn't try and get out in front of it.

How do you get "hoaxed" about your girlfriend dying of car accident cancer? I feel like that's the kind of event you'd notice if something was off about it.

my ND fan friend said a similar thing. he also said this was the worst 9 day stretch for any college football program ever. i reminded him how an entire football team died in a plane crash, but he's inconsolable. That's some perspective right there.
