T.P. is a really nice facility. The concourse/walkway wrapping around the Harlem end all the way around is nice, there are plenty of concessions and bathrooms, and there's not a bad seat there. The only drawback is the fellowship-like quest it takes to get to Bridgeport. I keep vacillating on season tickets.

It's cute that Freddy still thinks teams want him despite him never ever putting the effort in to be the player he's capable of being. He could have been our homeless man's Riquelme. Instead he's like our homeless man's broke cousin's Joe Cole. And the thing is, he could, at any moment, decide he wants to try and still be pretty good.

Hey, guess what? Marc Pelosi, probably in our top 3 of youth prospects in Liverpool's reserves, got his leg straight shattered by some dumb jackass Englishman. So in case anyone was wondering if this cycle could get worse, there are new levels of bad to plumb yet.

That's a damn shame, especially if he's retiring because he doesn't want to deal with being out as an athlete. Never thought he was senior NT materiel, but I did like him in MLS.

Yup. We wasted a year on retreads and now we're paying the price. Also, and I'm too lazy to go onto Twitter to copy/paste, but the post game press conference featured JK tossing his players under the bus. That guy is going to lose the locker room, if he hasn't already with his idiotic beef w/ Jozy, his idiotic comments about LD and his totally stupid calling out of Clint in the NYT a couple weeks ago. This guy sucks.

This year's Hex is really strong. Jamaica finally found some defenders; they look good.

Oh, and Tim Chandler, Fabian Johnson and Danny Williams were the worst players on the pitch-Chandler by a fricking mile. He was so, so bad.

Finally finished watching the DVRd game after my daughter went to bed. Apparently the heat turned them all into 54 year olds with bad hips. And that defense was a clown car, all game long. Horrible. 1-1 would have been fine. Deuce had the look and that guy barely gets his foot in the way. After that, it was just a matter of time before one of the numerous mental mistakes caught up to them. BTW, it was nice that BeIN Espanol decided to have the English language broadcast on, but BeIn's production blows.
