I know! I haven't been able to keep up with what the Yankees and Red Sox are doing with all this Barry Bonds talk. Touche. But seriously, I can't see how this record would stand the test of time. It is a black mark on baseball and very symbolic of this whole era.
Well good for Sean, although I wish he'd take Marquis' spot in the rotation, I know that's not gonna happen. Chances are it'll be a "double" start, with Gallagher taking over when Marquis only pitches 3-4 innings.
I am not one of them....but I bet part of the reason why some don't want Soto called up now is because he would have to learn the whole pitching staff "in the heat of the pennant race" or some BS like that. Either that or he doesn't have enough "experience".
