Also look at last years ratings breakdown. Add a five and four star to Illinois. Then congrats Bruce weber on an amazing coaching job.

Talent always wins, that said. Coach cal is a good coach on top of being a piece of slime. The guy does an amazing job getting the top kids to play together and play hard. While maybe not a pure x and o star, that still is a valuable trait to have as a coach.

Not really; if your team is suddenly top 5 garbage because of the loss of one guy then you've got a pretty [expletive] constructed team. True, but selfishly I'd like to be in a spot where stern could fix us one last lottery and add one more solid player. Think if we "lucked" into Ben McLemore.

It just sucks the team is decent enough they can't get a lotto pick even if Rose does set the whole year out.

No one gets in trouble for recruiting anymore. I would do it. I'm tired of being crap. I'm sure you guys would still find a way to make Kelvin Sampson jokes and worry about IUs scholarship situation. :hello: And yet even after all that you're still raking in guys. I'm serious as a heart attack when I say cheat. Just cheat wisely and don't get caught. I want to win big again. I'm tired of our states best going elsewhere to help other programs win big. Again? When was this model of success you speak of in regards to Illini basketball?? :D Definitely need dirtier hands and have a coach that knows how to avoid the fray. I'm not sure if you're joking, but from 00 to 06 we were pretty damn good. Won 25 games every year, were a one seed three times. For a non blue blood that's a he'll of a run. I realize it isn't Kentucky good, but I don't need that. I just need that early 00s good.
