I think he's trying to play worse in this series than Smush Parker did against the Suns last year. He can't handle Deron Williams size and speed...at this point, it's gotten into his head and affected all other aspects of his game (even when Deron isn't in the game). The West has some pretty good Point Guards.

That sounds a lot more like excuse-making for lack of performance than evidence. Or it's a logical reason. It's a logical reason for a pitcher whose performance projected to positive major-league numbers before the changes. But they didn't. He's a good prospect and a major-leaguer, but a 93-MPH fastball doesn't change that the majors and minors have both treated him like a mediocre pitcher on a pretty consistent basis. Wait, you're calling Gallagher's numbers in the minors mediocre? Well they are, compared to Tim Lincecum's last year before he got the call.

Nah, if you are smart enough to use Johnson in the correct way he doesn't hurt you. It's when you start him over your best prospect, that's what gets you in trouble.

Several. Nothing like using your organization's 25th best pitcher in a high-leverage situation. I wish I could manage a baseball team Buy and then smoke a lot of opium. Buy food, go talk to Jim Hendry. Wow who would have guessed Fox would be to afraid to challenge a very selective Jackson, resulting in a walk?

Is that what happened? Gameday just says Hall out at home. I assumed it was a wild pitch ala Fontenot. I doubted the awesomeness of Yost. Yeah and the broadcasters, who are the Brewers guys are just dumbfounded.

I now want to punch John Paxson in the face. A coach wasn't gonna change the fact that the team has no superstar and isn't smart enough to tear it down and lose enough for a chance to draft one. They are in perfect NBA purgatory. Yep, they secured that spot in '03. Needed better luck in that lottery.
