Knowing our luck, the next three outs will be a diving catch in the outfield, a dive at a line drive that hits off of the glove of Crede but stays up long enough for Cabrera, and a leaping catch by old man Dye at the wall to rob ARam. lee, Ward and ARam will be on base, then edmonds hits a line drive that ricochets off lee's face, then Ward's face, then is caught by alexei ramirez, who tags the two unconscious baserunners to end the game. lee and ward die shortly thereafter. dammit this is gonna happen now.

I love how this board turns into WSI. Come on, look at his body. Look how different it is from last year. They were saying the same crap about Soto. Soto lost weight. This guy turned into the Ultimate Warrior in one off season.

Hmm, I didn't know juice could change a person's swing. No the fact that he has less of a range of motion because of his mass can though. He'd be a pretty stupid guy if he just started juicing this year, wouldn't you think? Maybe he thought htis was his last shot. They can't test for HGH so why would he be stupid?

I have no doubt that Quentin is a juice head. He has just blown up physically this past year. His damn uniform doesn't fit anymore and his swing has changed so much.

I was standing right next to joe morgan after that sunday night game in chicago and I didn't strangle him. It took every ounce of self control i had. you should have, for all of us. When i saw him walking out to his car i asked the guy i was working with in the parking lot if it would be worth my job to go tackle him and punch him in the face. He said it was a tossup. Anyway, long story short he ended up signing autographs which means i had to go over and stand next to him and he was just as much of a prick in real life as one would expect. He was bitching about people wanting him to sign jersies. "I'm not going to sign jersies or anything like that, just give me baseballs or hats, I'm not signing any of that silly stuff" My buddy got his autograph. He asked me if I wanted one, I told him no. He got kinda mad. Sorry Tony, I am not a fan.

It looks like IU could be screwed for years over the Sampson mess. The NCAA is going after the program for not fulfilling their promise to monitor Sampson's calls (remember when he was first hired he wasn't allowed to do any recruiting but they changed it just not allowing him to go on visits since he was at a different program who had a good history of following the rules). This would me the program would get sanctions and probably more than just minor ones because they didn't do their job (and Greenspan resigning is a very bad sign of the program's hands being dirty). It could blow over, IU could lose scholarships, IU could be banned from post season play for awhile or a combo on the last two. It will be interesting to see what happens and if it gets ugly whether Crean jumps ship at some point. From what I have read, Samspon pretty much threw IU under the bus. Saying they new what he was doing all along. Yeah Kelvin as an adult you shouldn't be responsible for your own actions. Were I the NCAA I would fine him too, hopefully $1m worth to make him lose his parting severance. Comes in to one of the top 5 programs of all time and proceeds to just railroad it. What an ehtical guy he is.
