    Gonzo murders Dempster lifetime. I'm assuming that's why he's hitting 2nd. I can see why, Demp should have k'd him on that pitch that bored back ove rthe plate, well before the double.

    How much of this is these guys are surrounded by crap? How the hell are guys like Alex Gordon and Ryan Zimmerman supposed to produce huge numbers when they are the only guys on their team you can't pitch too? I mean sure they could walk more, but again as young hitters they aren't going to get the treatment many veterans do from the umpires and they aren't going to get as many pitches to drive with no one of note hitting around them.

    Translation, Grant Johnson Part 2? Both guys were "risk" picks who formerly had better stuff. The problem is both of these picks were made with, at least I felt, guys with better stuff on the board. Why do you take such a risk so high? Even the "upside" doesn't sound so awesome. Sounds like an Oakland A's draft guy a few years ago named Matt Sulentic. His career was down but is now up in the California League. As for Carlos Guillen, I hope that guy meant Carlos Guillen in the field, because a Carlos Guillen comparison with the bat seems like a joke. Um, Matt Sulentic won the triple crown in the Dallas area and their area scout compared him to a young Mickey Mantle. I don't think that sounds all that familiar with David Eckstein. Obviously Sulentic hasn't turned into Mickey, but then again who does?

    As a Brewer fan I dont care if he is around, I hate them. But of course if he was a Brewer announcer im sure I would love them. Well, you won't find any love for Brian Anderson and the color guy (Bill something?) that do the Brewers games here. That said, BA is slighly more tolerable that Darren Sutton ever was. Rock, the guy who rooted for our players to get hurt. Class act that guy.
