  1. Under Weber we have always struggled closing teams out. I wish he would keep running the offense. Too many times we revert to just running clock and then taking poor shots. With the talent we have now, we need to just keep scoring.
  2. You know Knight wanted to laugh at Dave then. Knight was the one saying it No, Dave said it. Then Knight said no make the ft and the game is over.
  3. Reminds me so much of old Gil from the Simpsons.

  5. I hate Mike Davis.
  6. If we have 5 losses before conference again then I think we have a new coach next year. There is too much talent for us not to be in the tournament.
  7. He's right, though. Paul is making an insane amount of shots early on. The challenge is going to start when some of those shots aren't falling, to see if he keeps on chucking. Yea, I was hoping for Paul to improve. So far it looks like he's improved by leaps and bounds and more than I had hoped for. How did anyone not see this coming? He oozed potential last year.
  8. I thought you guys said May was athletic? He looked awful unathletic today, got his shot blocked a lot.
  9. It's not anyone here. More on the scout boards.
  10. That makes no sense. He's a lock for IU. A Zeller is going there, now all great players will want to go there.
  11. I don't even think if Robbie Hummel was alive that would be debatable. DMac is cold. Billy Cole had a rough game. Kept getting beat off of the dribble and struggled on offense. That said Paul and Ricmond give great energy off of the bench. Oh and when Crandall gets more under control he is going to be a monster, that is one quick first step.
  12. BRANDON PAUL
  13. Is there TV for tonight's game?
  14. Stick around. When Illinois starts losing games this thread gets really entertaining. Almost as fun as watching Robbie Hummel tear an ACL. If you missed the first two guys don't worry he'll be back next year. You lucky the Bum ain't here to set you straight! lol It's not as fun when he isn't here to get fired up.
  15. I didn't realize this until I read the preview for the season in SI. But according to the point differential when a player is in the game, Flynn was the worst player in the NBA last year. I thought he would do better than he has.

  17. Lol, I avoid Indiana all together because of them thinking this is still the 80's and that they are relevant in basketball. Psst, Bobby and his sweaters are gone.
  18. Didn't that club in Europe prove he got paid? If so it's good to see the NCAA looked long and hard for a way to get him elligible for Cal before finally deciding even that was too far.
  19. Good for IU, I still kind of hope someone comes in and steals their committed players though.
  20. I hate not having ESPN3
  21. I really thought Langford would have decided by now. Oh well, another great signing day. Three in a row.
  22. More impressive to me was the next year the bulls won 69 and, if I recall correctly, gave away a couple games late in the year to get ready for the playoffs. Could have won 70 two years in a row.
  23. That's kind of what I thought too. I don't think I would be all that excited for the guy, but that's probably not fair since he isn't his brothers.
  24. I haven't seen Cody play, which brother is his game more like?
  25. Yes, but Butch wasn't ready to play as a frosh. Jereme is. And he is. And he will. I have little doubt Jereme will be playing the majority of the minutes by the UNC game. He played 17 tonight, 25ish sounds about right when he gets in the flow. You're probably right. I hope this is the case. He's too talented to not start for too long.
