this is not surprising. in 2008 the highest seed they beat to get to the final four was an 8. bracket usually sets up well for them. and yet all I've heard all week is how they always get screwed and get the toughest region.

The MLB network is so freaking bad. I briefly saw a 30 clubs in 30 days episode, I can't remember which team. Harlod Renyolds unloaded this gem (parahprasing), "In order to be more consistent they need to get better as a team". What the [expletive] is that supposed to mean? I think that was just Harold's attempt to take over for Joe Morgan's role of a vet who has no business commenting on baseball. Not sure how Harold can be this guy when the show also has Mitch Williams sitting right next to him. -

It would be really nice if BJ Young gave it some second thought now and chose Indiana instead but I doubt it. Doesn't Young have academic/discipline issues? I thought IU (and Illinois) backed off him thinking he may not even qualify. Isn't IU over on schollys anyways?

I think they are in now, but still probably playing in Dayton in a few games. I'm starting to get worried even though everyone says michigan is in. Last year the conference tourny didn't mean squat. So of course this year it will and Michigan will get in at our expense.

Or maybe if McCamey ever had a teammate his entire run here that was close to him in skill level it wouldn't have all fallen on him. He used to have the balls to take the big shots. he did against IU last year and attempted to against Clemson at home his soph year. That was beaten out of him by years of being thrown under the bus, cause it was his fault Bruce [expletive] the bed fr recruiting for 5 years. Then again maybe Bubbles would have thought about how these seniors can't get it done when it matters and got the kids more minutes during crunch time to see if they could. Na, let's just do the same thing over and over again and expect different results. What did Einstein call that again?

Good lord. What in the hell has to happen for this guy to be gone. Does a player have to be left for dead in a car, recover and then get run off the team? No wait, he survived that. Does he have to start missing the tourny every other year at least? nope. What's the thing that gets Bubble's fired?

I'm aware it wasn't easy to say then, but there is nothing wrong with saying man I screwed up. Let's get this fixed. Weber here another year will cost us a chance at the 2013 kids. Unless they want to come play for a bubble team.

I'm almost to the point of hoping we miss as it might mean Weber will be getting some pressure. I don't think they'll be much difference unless we made a run in the tourney. Obviously these horse [expletive] seniors (except maybe Davis) are never gonna have the light turn on, so that won't be happening. People are pissed, and another disaster next year like this one and I think he's gone. is terminating weber's contract early especially cost prohibitive? I know there will be costs for any early termination, but some schools are better at structuring the contract. (For example, all 5 years of Turner Gill's contract are guaranteed. Yama-hama.) They can afford to, they were the 4th most profitable team in the NCAA last year after UNC, UK, and KU. This isn't about money. This is Guenther refusing to admit he had the choice between the duper model(Matta) and the girl from Precious(Weber). He won't admit he was wrong.

Time to go back to 64 (or 65) teams! Or we could get serious and just deal with the problem. By doing what? Eliminating the 1 year out of high school rule? Increasing it? Get rid of the one and done.
