  1. They are the most obnoxious football fans on the planet, except for the tiny, tiny handful that actually went to school there. I'm not sure what the Yankee equivalent of it is. Ohio State fan? Notre Dame? NYC is a like a melting pot of college football fans with no dominant school in the area. I only know a few OSU fans but they all went there. PSU has a few non-attendee fans, but Notre Dame is still the biggest example of that. You're right. I can imagine that religion probably gives Notre Dame the largest "sidewalk fan" fan support of any college program out there.

  3. For those that missed it: maybe the luckiest play ever.

  5. I can't believe it. That game took years off my life.
  6. Fournette is the best RB I've seen in years. What a monster.
  7. Lol Jeremy Johnson is HORRIBLE
  8. That was pathetic, UCONN
  9. Wow, what a turnaround for Castro.
  10. screw splits. Lynn throws nothing but fastballs and all Javy needs to do is run into one.
  11. wtf Joe? Lynn throws nothing but fastballs and we are sitting Javy???

  13. Ole Miss will once again be without Laremy Tunsil at LT. It looks as if he is getting a self-imposed 4-6 game suspension for an "impermissible benefit." The NCAA hasn't made a ruling yet, but Ole Miss doesn't want to play a possibly ineligible player for obvious reasons. Just sucks. I really wish we could have 100% Bama vs. 100% Ole Miss on Saturday. http://espn.go.com/college-football/story/_/id/13673398/ole-miss-rebels-expect-offensive-tackle-laremy-tunsil-several-more-games-ncaa-investigation-potential-rules-violations All that said, even without Tunsil, I think it's gonna be a great game on Saturday. It'll be fascinating to see how Chad Kelly handles stiff opposition. So far he has led 15 drives at QB and Ole Miss has scored touchdowns on 13 of them. That was against greatly inferior opponents, but still, he is ridiculously sharp. I haven't seen an Ole Miss QB make those types of throws since Eli was there. Kelly may even have a stronger arm.
  14. Beautifully conceived! Beautifully executed!
  15. Cahill with some serious movement on his fastballs. I like it.
  16. Today Ole Miss became first team in SEC history and first NCAA team in 90 years to score 73+ in back to back games. Tomato cans or not, that's impressive. Chad Kelly (Jim's nephew) played on 8 drives and the Rebels scored on all 8. Kid is sharp. So Ole Miss is probably the best team in the SEC this season. How does that feel? I'll wait to see them see against someone with a pulse before I can make an accurate assessment. We'll find out a lot next week against Bama.
