    He was a big fly ball guy this year...39.6% GB rate, lowest of his career. I would guess that wouldn't bode well for Wrigley in October (though San Francisco and their endless outfield is obviously a different story). Jorge had better not sniff that outfield in SF.

    Why douchy? It's supposed to be gone by then and nice on Saturday A) If it's moved to Sat night, I get it, but when does LSU fly in? Thursday? B) Having FLA state police, EMTs, etc having to deal with a football game seems pretty shortsighted.

    Florida has refused to move the site or date of their game vs LSU on Saturday. Pretty douchey move by the Gators.

    I love the way Adam Jones went on a tirade after the fan. 4/5 on the Alou scale [expletive]. Alou stomped his feet, threw his glove and stormed away. Jönes was screaming at the fans for at least 30-45 seconds.

    when are you going to stop believing that hot is a thing (at least in the way that you use it)? especially a thing that will carry into games almost a week away Isn't hitters seeing the ball well or having a great sense of the strike zone a thing?

    If the Hogs are able to run right at aTm's DEs and set up play action then they win. I just worry that the Aggies might eat up our horsefeathers RT and get hits on Allen. Major respect for Allen. He's a good QB and an extremely tough SOB. He took a beating Saturday night and wouldn't quit. Wish I could say the same for our OTs. But yeah, Austin is going to be better than his brother at UA.

    They and the fans have been itching to make this move since last season. Had he lost to aTm he'd have already been toast. Some were probably rooting for him to fail so they could fire him.

    They're just not good. Everyone assumes that every storied program can just plug in new starters like Bama does. This Eason guy is young and their line is weak. This is not to mention that Ole Miss has the talent to run up a score on some very good teams. Depth isn't as much an issue in the 4th quarter against Georgia.

    Soler doesn't qualify as unlikely to me, because I expect him to mash in October.

    I think the Vols get that win today. Ole Miss/GA is going to be interesting. The Bulldogs are not impressive, to me anyway. I'm going w/ OM.

    Yeah I'm anxious to see that too. I think both are definitely improved from last year. Hard to say who the second best team in the SEC is at this point.     Can't wait for Arkansas/aTm, even though I have no idea how it that game is going to go.

    Auburn is now 3-12 in last 15 games and lost 7 straight at home against Power 5 opponents. Tom Herman and Bobby Petrino should be getting calls soon.

    I read 60Mil in dead money they have to pay. 60Mil of a 150M payroll (it's not all 60 this year). That's pretty alarming, and all those guys should be gone if they don't win this season. They won't make the playoffs this year unless Bree's has an MVP type year. The money owed to players not on the team is 1/4 of the total payroll.
