    could you or some other gracious poster out here do the same for me too? i might be able to listen to some of the game on and off, but chances are i probably won't know the latest updates on deals and stuff. I have AIM on my phone so i would greatly appreciate all of the help :D

    Hmm...I love our odds if this is true You may like our odds, but with (at least) five other teams vying for his services, and none of us really know if Hendry has just a passing interest, or has been on the phone constantly for the last 24 hours trying to swing something, do you really like our odds that much compared to the other teams? there is no way the Red Sox trade Manny to a contending team like the White Sox or the Angels. If they trade him, it would have to be to an NL team IMO. The Red Sox would really be desparate if they were to trade him to the White Sox or the Angels.

    Hi Brandon! You were with Daytona all of last season and it looks like your probably going to stay in West Tenn for the rest of the season. Does it make it easier for yourself to stay in one level for a whole season and get used to the pitchers on that level instead of moving up or down throughout a period of the season? Also, do you think you will be one of the September callups and what would you bring to the big league club? Thanks and it's been a pleasure listening to you on a great season so far!

    Levine reported it on ESPN 1000 saying that the Cubs were talking to both Texas and Cincy about Soriano and Dunn.

    the Twins are going to miss Hunter big time. Their need for a good 2B grew a lot more today.

    06 I beleive. And, after looking at things again, Dunn probably is a better choice than manny. However, I'll take either of them with a smile on my face. agreed. either way its a win-win.

    from Rotoworld: The Providence Journal's Sean McAdam says there are five teams involved in talks with the Red Sox regarding Manny Ramirez and that the three-team trade with the Mets and Rays is the least likely scenario right now. McAdam said two other NL clubs and two AL clubs, one the White Sox, are looking at Ramirez. We're guessing the Cubs and maybe the Dodgers are the NL clubs. The Angels would make sense as the other AL team.
