The Cub Reporter says he has one option remaining. Ohman hasn't accrued the time yet to refuse a demotion. Hm, that's interesting. If that's the case, I send him down. We don't need three lefties in the bullpen anyway.

Fox and ESPN national games are all restricted access (the games are not available live but can be viewed once they are archived). Blackouts are also geographical. Okay...So I'm from Chicago so are all home games blackout for me? Do you live in the Chicago area? If so, you will be blackedout because MLB is encouraging you to watch the game locally. There are ways to get around the restrictions... I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin' I already put I'm from Chicago when I signed up so I'm screwed in that area. So I can only watch away games not broadcast on ESPN and Fox. Lame! If I would've known that I would never signed up... I may be wrong (and I hope so for your sake!) but I read it that you won't see any of the Cubs games: Local Live Blackout: ALL LIVE MLB.TV games will be blacked out in each applicable Club's home television territory tulsacubsfan is right. you won't see ANY cubs games on MLB.tv. Do you have cable? Since you are in the viewing area you should be able to watch every game either on WGN or Comcast. I live in Nashville and I'm in Cincy's blackout area. Figure that one out. So half of my cubs games have been blacked out. Complete crap. Some of the blackout rules make no sense though. Carbondale is blacked out of the Cubs, White Sox, and Cardinals. The Cardinals one is the only one that makes sense as we have FSN Midwest, so pretty much all of their games are available. The Cubs and Sox one makes no sense at all because CSN isn't available down here. Yet we're blacked out anyway on MLB.TV. I was actually going to consider purchasing MLB.TV this year and then I saw we were blacked out down here.

I can't recall ever hearing a player say what Gomes said. I'll laugh when the Bulls get first or second in the draft and the Celts are stuck at four taking Joakim Noah :D After the draft workouts, I'll be real surprised if Noah ends up anywhere in the top 10.

Eh, it's no different than what I was expecting he would say. I'm getting the impression that when teams are out of the playoffs, the coaches just say "screw it" and just run the offense and defense how you want to run it. Teams that are out of the playoffs just play non-chalantly and generally look bored that they are there.
