Iowa is calling Matt. Do people realize that Matt is hitting nearly .300 right now? He's above league average. LOL. A .500ish OPS is above league average? IT'S 25 ABS!!! That's 1/8 of his AB's last year. It's not THAT small of a size. Are you serious? We should make decisions based on 25 ABs sprinkled over the first 2+ weeks in April? You're not seriously arguing that 25 ABs is a significant sample size, are you? He looks pretty bad in the majority of his ABs, isn't patient, etc.

No they weren't. Their pitching was bad. Worse than St. Louis for sure. You do know that the best team doesn't always win the World Series, right? Yeah, but it's not often that the 10th best team in the league wins it either.

The 2006 Cardinals were not a fluke. An 83 win team winning the WS is the definition of a fluke. Yep. They were by far the worst WS team that I have seen in my 11 years or so of watching baseball.
