  1. 6-0 Houston in the bottom of the 8th. Astros still have the bases loaded with no outs. Looks like we'll remain 1 1/2 in front of the Brewers and 2 in front of the Cards.
  2. What starting pitcher should you not be scared of?
  3. Every time I see your sig I think it looks like it says "Pablo Rivera" Haha, yeah that's what I thought it said as well.
  4. Haha, McCrap gets Theriot out rather easily.
  5. Zambrano was below average once again. Not good.
  6. Oswalt gives up a 2 out double to Miles in the 3rd, but retires the next batter. 3-0 Astros after 2 1/2.
  7. Nice job by Mr. Singles. Come on Aramis.
  8. Exactly. I like Uecker a lot as well, but don't try to tell me he didn't deserve to be booed last night. His team is in the middle of a pennant race against our team in one of the biggest games of the year. The fans had every right to boo him and I probably would have booed him if I were at Wrigley as well.
  9. I think Sheets at 50% could have a great game against us. At least we have Zambrano going for us which at least means he'll keep us in the game.
  10. wow come on man. Its not like it matters when your offense cant score He's now given up 3 runs in less than 5 innings and we're already blaming the offense? 3 runs in 5 innings is garbage. He's not to blame. The offense scoring 0 runs off of Jeff Suppan is to blame. 3 runs in 5 innings isn't great, but considering how the Brewers lucked into those runs, it's a whole different story.
  11. This is pretty maddening. Jeff Suppan is shutting us out through 4 innings. Yuck.
  12. Yeah, he's to blame. But Soriano and Theriot also deserve some blame for the pathetic at-bats they had that inning.
  13. I see that Lee still doesn't know how to get the bat off his shoulders. Nice #3 hitter.
  14. Duncan with a 3-run HR on two outs to give the idiots a 3-0 lead in the 1st.
  15. Im not worried about Sheets. Last I read his finger wont be fully healthy the rest of the year, and hes already had 2 blister problems. Add that into the fact he hasnt pitched in quite awhile, and I look forward to seeing the Brewers pen in about the 4th or 5th inning. Oh, don't worry. Sheets will still find a way to shut down the Cubs, even if he has four broken fingers and a broken thumb.
  16. I'll be extremely surprised if it's a blowout. Both teams should be able to rack up the points.
  17. I'll be watching this game while following the Cubs on Gameday/AIM chat.
  18. Hahaha, got to love that Red Sox and Yankees love. Let's just make it easier for Bud and co and contract the other 28 teams.
