    It's just one game. Our home steak had to end sooner or later and I wasn't surprised to see it happen tonight. Great near-comeback (besides the whole failing with the bases loaded, no out thing). At least this team fights every single game. Oh and anytime Ronny Cedeno wants to turn back into April Ronny Cedeno would be fine with me.

    that is what i mean. and the homecourt in the NBA is more about ref's being extremely biased towards the home teams than anything else I wasn't talking about just the NBA either.

    I can see the commercials you see, so I'd appreciate your review. Ellsbury K's, unbelievable You in Columbia this summer? Nope, but I'm just going to assume they're the same commercials in the St. Louis area, mainly because I want to hear you rant about local ads. Haha, fair. I've got two announcers that I assume are Cards announcers that I've never heard. On the scoreline at the top it says NewsChannel 5 (6 maybe?) Yeah that's what I'm watching too. Pretty hickish.

    We just have to accept that the Cards aren't going to fall off. If they haven't by now, I don't think they will. We hadnt fallen off by now in 2001, but we did. I hope this is the same thing. But, at least we had Sammy Sosa to keep us alive. I guess Ludwig is that to them. That was actually pretty funny. Sigh. I know they've had their share of injuries, but with that garbage in the lineup today, how in the world do they score 9 runs against the best team in the "superior league?"

    I think that was just the WGN gun. The PitchFX data on Gameday had his fastball consistently at 92-94 that inning. That's what CSN had as well. That makes me feel a little better. Still, his arm slot is lower than it has ever been which is an indication of fatigue.

    It was a good call. Marquis is just an idiot. And of course, Kosuke doubles right after that. Imagine if this was actually a close game.
