  1. That's how you respond, A-Rod.
  2. Look at those [expletive] idiots at Favre's steakhouse. Makes me want to puke.
  3. Same here. Two things I was worried most about before the game was our offensive line going up against their defensive line and our defense against AP. Way to stop those fears, morons.
  4. We're not a very smart team.
  5. He's a [expletive]. Great drive all goes for naught because our tackles can't block [expletive]. I like the gameplan we have on offense. Hopefully McCarthy doesn't get away from it. Jared Allen is going to give the Pack fits tonight. He could have a career night That's why I like what we were doing on offense. The screens and quick slants and outs help negate that pass rush.
  6. He's a dumbass. Great drive all goes for naught because our tackles can't block [expletive]. I like the gameplan we have on offense. Hopefully McCarthy doesn't get away from it.
  7. He had a very good year statistically last year, plus you had to figure that the offense would've been better with the same unit in tact. Benn's a year older and all offseason long, they were preaching how much they were going to get him involved. The RB's are all the same, but a year older. Fayson transferring from Florida to Illinois figured to help Juice, as well. I don't fault you for drafting him. He's just really regressed this year.
  8. Hell. Yes. McGee is nothing to write home about either. He'll be much better than Juice. We will see. Ive never been impressed when hes played. At this point, why not? You can basically throw away this season anyway so let's see what the junior has to offer before next season. Besides Juice's freshman year, I really haven't been a big fan of him. This year, he's looked absolutely horrible. A change had to be made.
  9. Obviously. You know what I mean, though. They edited that quote to fit what they wanted to hear. I don't even have a problem with what Favre said. They should've just left that quote in.
  10. Pretty unethical move by ESPN, but what else is new? They have to protect their guy. Does that omission really change much? In the grand scheme of things, not really. I just don't get why they took it out when they aired it on earlier editions of SC. That's why I think it's pretty unethical. If they're editing things from this interview, there's a good chance that this hasn't been the first time that's happened. ESPN should be getting ridiculed.
  11. Yes, that 'hack' says the Bulls will drop a few spots because they lost their leading scorer and didn't replace him with anyone of any significant value in the offseason. I guess adding a healthy Deng will help, but I don't really think you can depend on him to be healthy for a full season anymore. Again, I think the Bulls will finish at around the same spot they did last year but I don't see why you're arguing with Hollinger on this.

  13. Definitely CubsGM.
  14. Immediately what I thought when I saw Tomlin throw out the flag.
  15. A semi-dynasty? What? They were 8-8 last year and their defense had one of the worst months a contender had in the history of the league. I really don't know what you're arguing because the Broncos are 4-0 right now. Granted they've played Oakland and Cleveland, but they've beaten a 3-1 Cincy team and they held a pretty potent Dallas offense to 10 points. I didn't think McDaniels was a great choice for them either, but he's shut me up so far. And that defense is now currently one of the best in the NFL, despite major personal changes. Which indicates they had coaching/scheme issues last season. So yeah, I'm pretty sure that a Broncos team with the 2008 offense and the 2009 improved defense would be pretty darn impressive. And F' Kyle Orton for killing Eddie Royal's career. But I thought they needed to go out and hire a defensive coach? You can't have it both ways.
  16. The Ravens beat San Diego at San Diego.

  18. You're nuts if you think they'd be better than Baltimore or New England. Then again you apparently think Cutler is Jesus, so I'll let you believe that.
  19. I'll take a 6-8 seed on this squad. I do hope they can get Bosh or Wade to come here in 2010 and a playoff caliber team led by a budding star in Rose would be their best chance. Me too. They have to make the playoffs though, otherwise that would be a major turn-off for any of the FA's.
  20. HE JUST WINS I don't know how people can criticize a QB who has 5 TD's, no picks and has led his team to a 4-0 record. Orton sucks. The pixie dust will come off soon enough. I don't think he's very good, he's average at best. But it amuses me how much Bears fans have turned against him and hope he fails just to make the Cutler trade look that much better from their point of view. Don't forget this was a guy that many loved for his neckbeard and other interesting activities as well. There's no doubt that Cutler would have the Broncos at 4-0 too, but it amazes me why people continue to compare the two. It was a good trade for both teams as the Bears got their franchise QB and the Broncos got a couple of high draft picks the next few years. They're two extremely different QB's, so I don't really get the comparisons.
  21. A horrible throw by Boller might be an understatement. The Rams are terrible.
  22. More than likely. The LeBron's of the world will probably stay with their current teams. Guys like Joe Johnson are going to move though.
  23. I'm pretty sure that's false.
  24. I've made peace with it. It's going to hurt us this year but it shouldn't have any long-term ramifications.
