  1. That's how I feel. At least beat either Texas or Pitt and everything's cool.
  2. I'm going to the SIU-Purdue game on Black Friday at the Sears Center. Have fun beating us by 30.
  3. I don't know the logistics of the Big Ten's deal with ESPN/ABC, but maybe they're planning a similar move to Fox down the road?
  4. That guy is the definition of a clown.
  5. I'm glad he's actually developed a 3 point shot, but he's easily one of the most frustrating players I can remember watching. And yeah, JVG can go play in traffic.
  6. At least I have a new team, and player, to dislike for the rest of the season. Bring back RedFlash. I'm a big Alabama fan next week.
  7. Agreed, except I don't think Miami's a better team than Boston.
  8. That's the thing. I think they're our worst matchup out of the legitimate teams in the East. They have been the last couple of years and I don't see how that changes this season.
  9. We match up better against Miami than we do Boston. I can see where you're going with that, but I've actually seen us match up well against Boston. I'll have to wait until we actually play Miami a few times before I can buy into that. We've matched up well with Boston -- when KG isn't playing. The game that we had at Boston a couple of weeks ago was really the first time I remember us actually playing well there when KG's played. And we still lost. When they get Perkins back, they're going to be a real tough team to play against. I'd take my chances with Miami's NBDL frontcourt.
  10. We match up better against Miami than we do Boston.
  11. Minnesota might be dead, but you can bet they're going to play against us on Sunday. There should be no reason to lose this game -- the bye came at the right time for us, we're playing our best football of the season, there's a mutiny in Minnesota, etc. That's exactly why we probably will lose this game.
  12. I'll be there for Gameday, at the very least. Worst case scenario, we hang out on Waveland and Sheffield during the game if we don't stumble into some tickets.
  13. That was quite the embarrassing way to lose. A few of my friends were courtside and they said that nobody signaled for a timeout. That's an even worse way to lose. Again, it's going to be a long year for us. I can't believe how far we've fallen off the map in just three years.
  14. The renovated SIU Arena makes its debut in about an hour on ESPN. Don't lose.
  15. He's been pretty bad this season, so I guess that's warranted.
  16. Apparently Korver's already been ruled out for tomorrow's game, as he's having an MRI on his knee. Fantastic.
  17. Yeah, that's a pretty brutal article. The Vikings are definitely capable enough to beat us next week, especially at the Metrodome.
  18. Ron Zook.
  19. Absolutely needed that extra point. Good win tonight.
  20. Kopecky is getting way too much ice time. Guy simply isn't that good. We're very fortunate to at least get a point out of this.
  21. What the [expletive] took so long to have the first PP unit consist of Toews, Hossa, Kane, Sharp, and Seabrook?
  22. I was in Wrigleyville last night and saw some of the boards they put outside of the stadium. Looks pretty cool. I'm also thinking about the SRO possibility.
  23. Didn't the Niners have like 15 penalties in that game?
  24. Apparently Brett hurt his throwing arm today. Just give it up, old man.
  25. And the coaches poll. I don't think they'll jump them in the BCS poll tonight but now it's only a matter of time before they do.
