  1. Me too. I'd love to get a Tillman alternate. This site looks janky, but I have ordered jerseys from here and they are legit. Shipping is high, but if you order several jerseys the shipping per item isn't bad at all. Only problem is that they only have the blue Tillman jersey. http://supplyjerseyss.com/products/Chicago-Bears--s768_p1.html Those gray things are hideous. Lot of ugly stuff on there but they have the basics. I'm probably going to order from there soon.
  2. Mistakes are probably gonna win/lose this game. Houston doesn't make many though. I don't see either team having a great offensive output.
  3. it absolutely showcases urlacher's coverage skills. the fact that opposing teams haven't been abusing the middle of the field passing-wise speaks to his continuing ability to get the job done. you think the defense would look like this if they had some guy can't play patrolling the middle of the field? come on, rumors of his demise are greatly exaggerated. His speed is greatly diminished, but while people will talk about how slow he looked running that INT back, they'll miss how quickly he read & got into position on that play. Without that, the INT doesn't happen in the first place. Urlacher has clearly lost a step. But there's a lot more to playing football than pure foot speed. He's still plenty fast. But now he really knows how to position himself and diagnose plays. Something that has always been covered up by his physical ability in the past. Ray Lewis has lost a step too, but the Ravens D knows what he adds to them. Urlacher does the same, if not more for the Bears D.
  4. My Week 1 Bold predictions for the season. Let's see how they're doing at the halfway point of the season. 1. In a close one tonight, but so far dead on with this prediction. 2. Pretty close on this one too. Saints are terrible on defense and having a disasterous year. Sproles is going to be out for an extended period of time. Graham has already missed a game and most of another. Though is back, so not extended....yet. 3. AJ Green on pace for 101 catches, 1454 yards, 16 TDs 4. Chris Johnson had a rough start, but has been solid the last 4. He's quietly 8th in rushing, not getting 1600 yards though and probably not a rushing title. 5. Locker's not starting, Cam's going nowhere, Wilson though has a good chance to take Seattle to the playoffs. 6. Steelers haven't faltered despite several key injuries 7. NE is 5th in yards per game on the ground, not necessarily because of Brady taking hits though. 8. Eli's a not-to-distant 3rd in passing so far 9. Bears = So far so good. Rest = UGH. 10. Still possible, the Ravens are a playoff team, but may be the 5th best AFC team (Pats, Steelers, Texans, Broncos).
  5. Last year Forte led with 51 catches, Knox led with 727 yards, Davis led with 5 TDs
  6. 94.7 Forgot to take out the GB game TD
  7. Man, Allen takes some hits.
  8. 9th in NFL in rushing isn't a consistent running game?
  9. Playaction this bitch!
  10. Just have to make it 58-20
  11. Yes, and Conte and Urlacher. Didn't notice Briggs either.
  12. Carimi, it's called a snap. Move when it happens.
  13. Move him back to TE!
  14. Chris Conte has done a fine job in man coverage today.
  15. It's not the turnovers that are unsustainable it's the defensive tds One thing pointed out often is how forced fumbles are sustainable but *recovering* them is not (its primarily luck) but i think last i checked the Bears aren't really "outperforming" their expected fumble recoveries because they force so many I don't agree with that at all. The best forcer of fumbles is in the secondary, fumbles in the secondary are typically recovered by the D. The most frequent way to force fumbles are on sacks. Those are typically recovered by the D too.
  16. The OL still can run block their asses off when on the move. Pulling OGs and Cs have been wonderful for the last year and a half.
  17. Hard to be upset about 31-2, but damn this offense effing sucks.
  18. I felt like those defenses were knocking out QBs every single game. This defense is doesn't punch people in the mouth, but damn they are good.
  19. In one of my fantasy leagues the Bears defense has 30 points....in the first quarter, and were 8 yards away from another 6.
  20. Damnit. Wanted Hester to get that record.
  21. Most flawed potentially great team in the league.
  22. I feel like Robbie Gould only kicks a returnable kickoff when Toub wants to cause a TO. There's really no other reason for it. He boots them out of the endzone at will.
  23. HAHAHA! Dave Toub for President!
  24. Yeah, Cutler kinda sucks early in games.
