    Certainly not this year, or next, or probably 2011. It'll be a while till we have the financial flexibility to make the moves necessary to win it all again. 2013 according to Back to the Future II. It's actually 2015.

    Dickie Thon couldn't hold Stubby Clapp's ...... er...... uh...... well, Stubby definitely has the better name !! I've always thought Quinton McCracken was an excellent name.

    why wouldn't he? I see no reason why he wouldn't. It doesn't take that long to fly from Pittsburgh to Atlanta, and Pat and Ron were constantly talking about last night probably being Gregor Blanco's last game for the Braves for quite some time.

    I was just about to point that out. I swear it had the correct spelling earlier, but now it doesn't. Have I completely lost it now?

    We should be so lucky to have Dunn and Zimmerman. Yeah. Not really fair to compare the Cubs to the Nationals here. The Nationals can actually score runs. They're pitching just almost always gives up more. The Cubs couldn't score 2 runs in one game if they had to to keep Earth from being destroyed.

    I was at that game, too! I was at a CUBS game when they ran up 20 runs against the Dodgers..... but it wasn't 05 May....... it was 20 May 1967!!! CUBS win 20-3 behind Kenny Holtzman making his last start before going on active duty with the Illinois National Guard. Oh man I'm young! How young? I'm 20.

    I'm 4-1 and I plan on attending several more games this year so I'll keep the good times going. The only game I've tried to go to this year got rained out. If you would like, you may pay me to stay away from Wrigley the rest of the year. ;)
