When 2 of those starters are highly regarded, one being one of the highest regarded prospects in baseball last season, it makes sense. Again, I'm not saying that they can even compete in the Central, I am only saying that they can compete with the Cubs, currently a mediocre team playing in the worst division in the worst league in baseball.. I'd take the Cubs rotation in a heartbeat....Kenny Williams has to hope that all three of his very questionable back end pitchers come through, because the minors are now bare and the bullpen is still on the weak side. If you can call a division champ with 5 all-star caliber players mediocre, then there are quite a few truly bad teams in baseball.
