    I broke out my "believe" bracelet for work today... my 8 year old wore his "Lee" jersey & my 6 year old wore his "Fukedome" jersey to school today... I am so nervous, not sure if much work is going to get done today!

    Not sure if I would want to face the Mets in round 1 - for some odd reason the possibility of facing Santana in 2 games makes me nervous...

    I was at home watching the game, couldn't believe it. Partly because I was one of the few that really like BB that year. To be sure, we would not have been where we were without him having his career that year.

    Rejected, hopefully the NLCS - although I will be out of town on business from Oct 12-17, it will be my luck that I win something and can only purchase tickets for those days...

    I was gone and unable to see Lilly's start against the Cardinals - I just watched it and his shot on Molina is priceless. anyone have a picture of that? That would make a great avatar...

    please excuse my ignorance, but this whole thing of "print tickets at home", how reliable is it? thanks to the other posters, I know I am open to the secondary market, has anyone bought them off the street on the day of game and who can you trust? Is it legal?

    Hey all, My wife and I are going to be in town for our 10 year anniversary celebration and would love to catch a game on August 1 or 2 against the Pirates, but am having problems getting tickets. Any ideas? I know of stubhub - they are all 3x face value, is this what I am to expect? Can you get them day of game outside the stadium, I remember a thread on that one time, but could not find it. Anyone wanting to get rid of tickets for that day? thanks

    wow, thanks for the stats - this is the place for stats. I am a long-time reader and occasional poster...thanks for the input. but I will say that it has to mean something, not nothing. Like some just said, maybe it means a good bullpen or generally that you are a decent team.

    5 starters with double digit wins? Dempster (11) & big Z (10) - already there Lilly (9) - if he does not hit double, we are in trouble Hardin (5) - what a boost that would be to get 5 wins yet this year Marquis (6) - longer shot, what a boost that would be, but I think possible. It is possible, how many times has that happened where one team had 5 starters with 10+ wins?

    Great, he has not even grounded out yet on audio - I guess it is either folllow it with you all or listen to it?

    The only thing I do not like about the mlb audio is that it is about 30 seconds or more delay - sometimes seems like a minute or 2...

    I just lossed my mind, thinking that this $2.95 week special started today and it was only after I payed for it did I realize that it starts tomorrow - that's $3 down the tubes, at least I get Pat & Ron
