    Bruce, Do you think Cubs Brass has the balls to throw a guy like Marshall in to the rotation??. Other org would put him in at a time like this but the cubs never seem to do the obvious......

    Its so hard to decide which is worst the basletball misery or the poorness of our SP bar Z. Looking on the brightside 4-4 in the other game. Hope Maddux can pitch in chicago as he has in Arizona.

    I don't think Guzman and Ryu /Marshall would do any worse than Glendon or Williams at this point.

    I would have to go with Guzman , he is polished just needs game time. I think he would adapt the best at this point in time.

    Bruce if your still around do you think that not having Blanco and Barret around has been a real bad break for some of the minor league pitchers?? I was just thinking that if Guz had thrown something different to those fastballs he may not have given up the three run bomb the other day. I also think barret and Blanco might know these guys better on how to get them out Hills had a couple of guys 0-2 but couldn't finish them.

    One thing i would like to see is these guys being caught by Barret and Blanco as i think they would call a game better for hill and Guz.
