    I’ve been a big supporter of Morel, but I’m done with him at 3B. He’s a DH only option at this point. Which sucks, because then you can’t play PCA, Cody, Seiya, and Busch. And have to start Wisdom or Bote.

    I’m not sure I’ll be able to trust Adbert with the 9th again this year, and Neris is a ticking time bomb. Give me a legit closer and then figure out how Almonte, Merryweather, Neris, Leiter, Wesneski/Brown all fit. Plus you have Little, Palencia, Hodge, Smyly and Hendricks.

    As usual, he smoked a ball and made an out, actually 2, on a .520 xBA line drive.

    The 0-2 pitches killed him. You can’t leave 0-2 curveballs in the middle of the zone.

    I’m fine with the lineup given Lodolo’s numbers vs lefties, but I would have started PCA, Cody at 1b, Wiz DH, Morel 3b. Bote RHH off the bench.

    Adbert or Almonte to the 60 day. I just learned Madrigal has options. I had no idea.

    I saw that from Lauren Wisdom too. Not sure what the corresponding move would be. Hopefully no injury. If it’s Madrigal DFA, I’m not sure what his role would be. He’s probably not a defensive upgrade to Morel at this point. RH pinch hitter for our terrible catchers? Isn’t that Wisdom? I’d probably rather just have Mastro, who can at least provide value as a baserunner.

    I believe he was hitting 97-99 regularly after the first couple innings. Probably just not fully warmed up, or rightfully so, couldn’t get a good grip.

    Hate to take a victory lap on that crap, but I’ve been on a Twitter crusade arguing this point as well. It just needs to happen.
