    anyone know Leiters numbers coming into a game with runners on vs a clean inning? It’s probably confirmation bias, but I feel like he pitches much better coming into the former situation.

    To be fair, he played a decent amount there last year. Something like 30ish minor league starts. And with Shota on the mound, infield defense is less important. Still very unexpected. I guess worth a shot?

    The addition of the K Zone and incredible ability of a lot of hitters to correctly determine if a pitch is a ball or strike sure increases the annoyance of watching baseball.

    I love Little and even I think Little would have been a terrible option here against all righties. The move was probably right, just didn’t work out. We need a bullpen arm.

    He’s literally our best hitter this year. As a rookie. While struggling to make adjustments to the league adjusting to his hot start. Not sure if that says more about him or the rest of the team.
