Most of us don't have the time to monitor a thread on NSBB for when our pick comes up. I go back a couple pages and see I'm on the clock because Chuck never picked. No PM or chat either here or Roadkill. Either end this prospect draft or find a format that works. I'll pick Reynaldo Lopez, P, Was, out of order.

I'm more interested in seeing where Garrett Richards is right now. He looks like he's either at dead arm or the innings may be starting to catch up at the ML level. Two starts this week in favorable parks. As for the season, anything is possible with 4 weeks left. Cracker Killers are scoring about 350 / wk and on a roll. Sanitizers hit a wall, but get a break this week. There's our match up and then Budcrew are still right there.

The first part is not correct. When he was called back up I brought him up. Then I sent him back down. You are correct that for the last 2+ weeks he was in the minors when he should've been in the active roster. Your call, it stands, I messed up.

Can someone explain why Rubby De La Rosa was dropped from my team without notifying me ? I understand that he came back from the minors when the Red Sox promoted him just before the All-Star Game. However, I do not have infinite time to check the status of each player on my roster. As well, there is no mechanism to notify that he got called up even on the alerts page. So, I missed it. If it stands that's fine, I messed up for not making the move on my own. But dropping an exempt pitcher without a heads up isn't cool.

Yep. It seems like a dumb rule, but it's the rule. The problem with these situations is that if you go into Sunday with 5 starts and you have 3 more starts that day, forgetting to remove one guy, who do you take away ? Simple, the highest value start because you forgot to maintain the lineup. It's not the start of the guy who went at 3:05 pm eastern because the other two pitched at 1:05 pm eastern.

I assume 3 starts per team as there are only game Fri-Sun ? Just want to confirm this as I know it has caused issues in the past...

The sweepstakes continues for 6 weeks. We have a good battle going right now, but you have a starts advantage. It would be impressive if your team can overcome a NH.

truffle had said he was going to quit when you took away his points for streaming SPs from the minors that had exceeded the limits ya big jerk. And that brian guy (chicken) doesn't seem to post here, so who know if he wants to stay in this crazy league another year. :roll: wake me when it's February. +1 - hibernating

It would take a bit of a miracle. Rodelo has to lose both, Sanitizers have to lose one as I have the tiebraker with both. Finishing with Calvinball will not help my odds...unless he rests for the playoffs :) Well, I've got some pretty horrid pitching matchups that week, so there's definitely a chance. You've got to be HBC's biggest fan these last two weeks, as you basically need him to sweep rodelo and abuck. Same with Mighty D because I do not hold the tie-breaker with him.

Yeah, he lost 5 points. I'm guessing an unearned run changed to ER. But that's only 4. Don't know where the other point was lost. Probably the error that lead to a run being unearned became a single. A double. Single only -0.5. Regardless, it is amazing that a week later a scoring change swung a week and probably the playoff picture.

D-Block now beat the Crack Dealers in wk 19. The standings changed...what happened ? Pitching score ruling change ?

The Sanitizers / Rodelo matchup should almost lock up one of the other spots in the East this week. That'll leave 3 or 4 teams battling for the last spot. The Dealers are still hanging by a thread despite having once again given up the most points in the regular season.

Kershaw. Which, as we discussed in the past worked for both of us. And let me just say, I got some horrendous proposals for Kershaw this year. The guy has been worth the value of two players and I've gotten offers for middle of the road prospects. I do not understand how teams value players.
