I turned that game off in the 87th minute. God damn it. They rematch in Honduras next week, should be interesting/concacafy. Brad Evans is in an interesting position right now. He's the team captain but based on their new acquisitions, probably not in the best 11 unless he can play left back, which, it's Brad Evans, so maybe he can.

Is it finalized? That would be dope, but I'd warn that English tabloids linking American players to moves to high profile clubs that don't actually happen is very common click bait. Even high profile clubs that are in the second division of a terrible football association. Helping win promotion at a club like Rangers would be cool. It's been really great to have the Bundeliga back on my TV. Dortmund looked great. Fab injured himself and will be out a few weeks which bleeds dangerously into the timeline for getting ready to play Mexico. That would be a big loss. The EPL is better with a flailing Mourinho, City already look awesome and are about to sign DeBruyne and Geoff Cameron is starting on a very fun Stoke team, so that's something. MLS Power Rankings now that the Sounders woke up: LA Seattle NYRB KC Everybody else I think this LA team is the most talented team in MLS history and if they're healthy, Seattle isn't THAT far behind. Should be an awesome playoffs.

It's hard but not impossible to separate the product from the producers. I love Chinatown and Midnight In Paris. Just gotta tune out that cognitive dissonance. You won't be able to enjoy the Hawks as fully as before, but that's true of everything the older you get.

Does it make me a terrible person to point out how weird it is (doesn't mean it's not true - just means it sounds a little unusual) that, as a guest at a strange house, she would walk into some room by herself? Again, not saying it's not true. Hell, maybe he told her she could go pass out on some bed and then he followed her in. Who knows? Just sounded weird when I was first picturing what was written. Who says it was a bedroom? Just to throw out random possibilities, a rec room with jersey's and other memorabilia that would have drawn her in...and maybe had a couch or something where the attack took place? We don't have enough information to say it was weird or not. This is all beside the point. If someone tells you to stop doing something to them, you have to stop. IF PK didn't stop, it doesn't matter where it happened, it doesn't matter how on board with everything this girl was or at what point in the interaction she decided to tell him to stop. Sully is right though, this will be very hard to prove and that will just make your fan relationship with Kane even more complicated going forward. I'm sorry you guys can't have nice things.

Seriously, nobody is saying "no way, he's an angel". It's quite a douchey troll thing to say you needed this to happen before you realized he wasn't a nice guy? My response wasn't necessarily directed at a specific post in this thread, more a reaction to listening to a lot of Chicago radio coverage and reading the predictably gross Twitter response from his defenders. The truth is that a lot of reasonable Hawks fans have embraced or at least downplayed the boorish KANER schtick and are now having a hard time dealing with what might be the reality of his whole thing and what that says about the nature of their own fandom having done that.

There's a non-zero part of me that wants FMF to hire Bradley so that he beats the US 2-4 and spends the entire post-game glaring at Sunil and Jurgen. There's no question it would go like that. The US would be up 1-0 at half on a Clint doing something Clintish goal and Mexico would score 3 in the last 20 minutes. Man, I always enjoyed Herrera's antics, both the positive and negative. He's a lunatic and fun to watch. I'd love for an MLS team to back up a money truck for him.
