  3. There are no women in baseball. HEYoo.
  4. that is a bold statement as he can barely create his own shot, dependent on an all-star distributor to get him the ball in the paint. but he's a fantastic finisher. Playing with Nash makes him better, no doubt. But if you don't think he would be a very good player on any team I think you are crazy. Good thing he didn't say that he wasn't a very good player. He just said he isn't the best player. Not an earth-shattering statement. Acutally what you quoted is saying more than that. A guy who can barely create his own shot and is dependant on someone else to get him the ball in the paint would usually imply that the player isn't very good. Most good players can create their own shots. Well Amare can create his own shot off of rebounds and post-moves. He can't off the dribble, but most bigs can't. He's good, not great. I agree he is a good player. I do think he will get the chance to create more now off of the dribble. I think he will be able to some. Oh yeah, he will most definitely have more space to operate with Shaq on the floor.

  8. I watched the Galaxy - Gambo Osaka or whatever match last night. Hooooooooly crap. I know it is pre-season and they are playing guys who may not make the squad, and I know Donovan and Ruiz weren't there, but that it is still a freaking terrible team. I predict Ruud Gullit quits by the all-star game.
  9. 49. Scott Kazmir 50. Francisco Liriano
  10. Not a good result for the gunners. Milan have sucked at the San Siro this year, but that's not a place I'd count on getting a result on the road in a Champions league match.
  11. Karim Benzema (or however you spell it) is really, really good.
  12. 37. Justin Verlander 38. Erik Bedard 39. Aramis Ramirez 40. Cole Hamels 41. Larry Wayne "Chipper" Jones 42. Adam Dunn 43. Mark Teixeira 44. CC Sabathia 45. Carlos Lee 46.Lance Berkman 47. Roy Halladay
  13. Unbelievable, Inter.
  14. Well yeah, but compared to non-tv women, she is a hottie. http://www.theangryt.com/images/8-3/clip_image002_0012.jpg If you go into the average office environment, she'd definitely be the top 3 good looking women in the office or on the street. Depending on the street.
  15. Mancini puts Roma ahead, huzzah 4 Seth.
  16. Were you able to get the top-end white guys like Nash and Dirk?
  17. That guy is a stupid foul machine. If this is the reason Inter blows it this year, that's going to be a dick punch to the fans.
  18. get the digits? I'm sure.
  19. Schalke go up early against Porto. I'd like Schalke to show well for the Bundeliga's coefficient. Not that Bayern is going to have any trouble qualifying, but still. Raul puts Madrid up 1-0 on Roma, sorry Seth :( Drogba is back for Chelsea. Terry and Lampard on the bench. Playing a 4-5-1. Update - Roma with the equalizer.
  20. you're assuming we've all seen them? you've put out so many lists that i stopped looking I'm using them. Mainly because I guarantee more work and research went into these than in any other fantasy rankings out there. Thanks, Meph.
  21. Ronaldinho is overrated because of his crazy moves. Ronaldo is underrated because of the ignominious ending to his career.
  22. 13. Grady Sizemore 14. Prince Fielder 15. Jake Peavy 16. Troy Tulowitzki 17. Victor Martinez 18. Carl Crawford 19. Alfonso Soriano 20. David Ortiz 21. Carlos Beltran 22. Brandon Webb 23. Vlad Guerrero 24. Ichiro Round 3 25. Derrek Lee 26. Russell Martin

  25. 4 wins against top 25 RPI teams; I think we're going to make the tournament. I hope Sendek doesn't get a good offer because he is building a good program around the jewel, Harden. I had tickets for tonight, but I have the flu. Oh well. Also, if we can get consistent outside shooting from Kuksiks, we could be dangerous. Yeah, you guys should make the tourney. The key has been Pendergraph coming on so strong (29 against Arizona? holy crap). Harden's a good one, he took over the final 30 seconds and the OT. He should be getting as much love as Bayless, Love and Mayo but he's not. I would be worried if Harden leaves though I think he'd be wise to stay one more year. He has said he is staying another year since he'll still be only 19 in the '09 draft. Pendergraff has been great, but he really needs Harden to be healthy. When Harden was playing through the groin injury the past three weeks, he wasn't as mobile and wasn't drawing as many double teams which hurt Pendergraff a lot.
