Until Roman has the guts/humility to hire a manager with the gravitas and absolute authority to usher out Terry, Lampard and Cole and start rebuilding in earnest without veterans in the locker room who think they run the team, they'll be hiring and firing every two years like clockwork. Problem is, he's fired all of the managers that have that kind of gravitas. I suppose he could re-hire Mourinho, but not until the summer. Pep isn't going to touch that job with a 10 ft pole.
