  1. Nice hit Aramis...but freaking run out of the box.
  2. He's on the court. Only scored 2 in the 4th...but he's on the court. Bulls lead by 9 with under 3. Come on! Good Good. Thanks. Go Bulls!
  3. What? Why would they do that? IrishOshea you are cheap if you think that's the best way to catch a game, but whatever gets you into Wrigley is good way to go.
  4. Any word on Gordon?

I believe Noah when he says he is coming back to school. It's not like the guy is in need of money. The college game is so much more exciting, and the co-eds make Gainesville a very hard place to leave. I know there are groupies everywhere, but UF girls are among the best. I think Noah stays at UF, and we draft either Aldridge or Thomas with the Knicks pick. That would be the greatest press conference in the history of sports. Reporter: You are comming off of a national champoinship and you really increased your draft stock. So are you going to enter the draft. Noah: Well, I've given it a lot of thought. And here is how I see it: The NBA isn't going anywhere and I've still got a year to grab all the poontang I can. I mean what is a few million dollars compared to the coed at UF. Have you seen the girls here? Man oh man, that stuff is worth more than gold. I intend to get as much as I can, becuase once I turn pro my manwhore days will be over. So I guess I'm staying. So all you ladies I'll be at TGIF tonight from 9-12. Get there early. If your dad is a Hall of Fame tennis player and Rock star in Europe, you've got Millions. Any dude who looks like him should cash in on the co-eds as long as possible.

We do have the Knicks pick, which might very well be #1 overall. The odds of the Bulls getting a top 2 pick with their selection is less than 2 percent if they do miss the playoffs. If they do slide in, and they should, they pick would be arund 14th.

  8. It hurt nothing. The Cubs were losing when that play happened, and the Cubs lost even if he nails Freel for leaning too far. It's a play that has split second decisions. If Cedeno winces because Freel doesn't "obviously" head back to 3rd, the runner will be safe at 1st and then people will rail him for that. It's a situation where speed helped Cincinnati score that run. It's going to happen from time to time. I don't look at it as a rookie mistake in the slightest. A veteran could have allowed that to happen just as easily. It's no different than Aramis letting Dunn get to 3rd on the groundout. Acutally Aramis play was worse, fortunatly Dunn didn't score. Ronny looked good at the plate today, and he is normally pretty good with the glove.
  9. The one time Dusty puts in a pitcher and doesn't make a double switch, and now we have to pull Ohman. Would have been nice looking back to have switched Mabry or Pagan for Jones when Ohman came in.
  10. Guzman was on the hill in Des Moines last night in an exhibition game against the University of Iowa. How did he do?
  11. No, I'd have to go look that one up. Don't worry about it. I was just wondering because it seems like we don't play very well there.
  12. Do you happen to have the CUbs all-time record at GABP? Thanks.
  13. It's not for the players. It's for all the cities like Cincy where the fans only care on Opening Day and if it rains out they can play the next day and all those fans can still use their tickets for "Opening Day." I hate it too, but I would do the same thing if I was in their place.
  14. I predict by the end of the year we will be looking at Murton, Lee, and Ramirez as solid big boppers. . 25 homers for Murton is not out of the question, IMO. He's on pace for 162 HR and 486 RBI. 8) But the rest of the team is on pace for 0 HR's!
  15. Has anyone mentioned that Rollins got a hit? Rollins got a hit!
  16. I don't think any Reds pitcher could hit a target that small.
  17. C'mon Eyre. Rollins hitting streak in jeopardy. He just hit a sac fly. He should get 1 more at bat. Cards still lead 13-4.
  18. Carlos Lee dinger. 5-2 Brewers over Pirates in the 8th.
  19. Why is Hatterberg playing first? I thought they traded Casey to make room at first for Dunn? They did. Then they traded away Willie Mo for an average at best pitcher in Arroyo and had no LF. I'd be willing to bet though that Dunn goes back to 1st and Freel plays LF, in the very near future.
  20. HAHA...Dunn is struggling. Anyone want to bet he is at 1B on Wednesday?
  21. Rolen Grand Slam...10-0 Cards C'mon Lee let's add on here.
