    I think Jason's defensive shortcomings are over-emphasized. He's just fine most of the time in left.

    CP is still under team control and eligible for arbitration at the end of the year. He'll stay with the team for now.

    I would rather have Walker at 2nd than Hairston. Hairston doesn't have much, if any, edge in OBP and defense, and he's not a good base-stealer. Walker, on the other hand has a little bit of power, which is always a good thing.

    Because the only thing Dusty understands about baseball is lefty-righty. He doesn't even really understand how to interpret splits, since he's previously acknowledged the reverse splits of Fox and Remmy, he just has the very basic concept of lefty-righty matchups.

    I can't believe Dusty brought Hawk out there to protect a five run lead. How stupid can one manager be? That's about as bad as trying to use Remmy as a LOOGY, even after he acknowledged the reverse splits!
