The cubs have a pretty decent core of players with Lee, and Ramirez as stapled in the lineup, and a couple studs in the rotation in Prior and Zambrano, not to mention depth behind them. i think the window for this current swing of talent is about till 2007-2009, but is their a chance baker could still be here then, with a new undeserved contract? IMO baker has been the luckiest manager in Baseball this year, lucking into win after win, but his luck has seemed to shortened out, and it is time Hendry and the cubs oust him off his respective (or unrespective ;)) rear end, and get a manager who can play to the potential of this team (which IMO is very high). What do you forsee happening to the current cubs manager position in the next 6 months?
