It happens every time. Anytime someone hits a fly ball 3/4 of the crowd jumps up in excitement. It happened over and over yesterday.

ah i see, so write off the stat that doesn't go with your argument and latch onto the one that does. Popular tactic. im pretty sure i addressed both stats. if derosa slugs ~.150 higher than his career average all year, then ill gladly give him his due, but the bottom line is he's not a very good baseball player and i don't see how you can argue otherwise. Well I think he's a pretty decent baseball player and I don't see how you can argue otherwise.

New players go on waivers. So you can't add him for two days and had better pray your priority is high enough. So he won't be added until Wed.? My priority is very low, but so is the baseball knowledge of most of my league. I'm trying to remember what happened last year, because Liriano was called up and I got him that same day. I believe he won't be added until after he pitches, and then he'll go on waivers. That's what I remember happening a few times last year with guys like Garza. -
I was thinking about that, but then I realized that the last time Miller pitched the Cubs managed to keep the game tied for 14 innings-so I'm still ready to see what the team can do. Besides, Wainwright has been living dangerously as well-his ERA is good, but a WHIP over 1.5 means that the Cubs still have a chance of getting some runs off of him. Don't worry, I'm making the trek to Wrigley tomorrow and the Cubs are 10-0 in my last 10 trips. Mark this one down in the W column. Wow guys...I just made it back and I cannot believe that. Maybe it's becasue I went on a bus this time from u of I instead of the train? That or miller is THAT bad that he cancels out my good luck :?
