agreed I would pitch around Blanco to face Macias in a double play situation anyday. Macias is 2nd most likely to DP on the Cubs, so I would to.

PROBABLY MY BLUE SUNGLASSES, but I think Oswalt is a bigger offender. Because his issues with Floyd were over several games. The home run was in 1 game, and the 2 beanings were in 2 different games, so that spanned 3 games. Carlos hit Edmonds in one game, and hasn't done anything to him since then. Carlos is immature (he seems to be getting better, I think he's only thrown at one guy this year), the way I view Oswalt is he's just being a jerk. I think the Vidro thing caused Vidro to miss quite a bit of time. To my knowledge Carlos had never thrown at someones head and hasn't hurt anybody. more on vidro

For Iowa Surge has 6IP 2ER, he left on the hook for the loss but Iowa tied it up so he'll get a ND. (Ground outs-fly outs: Mitre 11-2) :P D-Cubs won 5-2, Dope was 0-4 :( -
I guess for the same reason most Cub fans hate Jim Edmonds. Barrett appears to be real cocky, and the whole stand off with Oswalt was stupid. The Cubs pitchers were plunking hitters left and right last year and Barrett gets upset because Oswalt did the same thing. He was already mad at Oswalt, because of an incident of Oswalt beaning Vidro (when him and Barrett were teamates in Montreal, I also think it was a bad beaning like at his head or he got hurt pretty bad from it). I saw on BBTN a week or so ago where Oswalt has issues with Cliff Floyd, where Floyd hit a HR of him the next time Roy hit him, and than him again later, so Cliff said you do that again and there's going to be some problems, so the next time they face Cliff hit another home run :lol:. In conclusion Roy Oswalt is an a-hole.

FWIW, they sell the shirt in Peoria as well, and I have it. It is pretty awesome :). I think all teams have them, because they have an A's one in Kane County too. -

also, I think it's kind of good that Williamson is struggling now, so it gives dusty less of a chance to overuse him.
