And if "beautiful man" = "obnoxious drunk in a loud Hawaiian shirt carelessly given a live mic", then Mike Shannon claims first prize in a beauty contest and the $10. Really? I don't recall ever hearing that latter, and I've heard a whole lot of Shannon, but I could be wrong. Mike Shannon is awesome. End of discussion.

    I think that at this point it's clear that the Cardinals are just protecting Reyes' value because any day now he will be traded straight up for Miguel Cabrera.

    Are the Pirates still going with those vest style uniforms? If you ask me, those are the kiss of death because they are so ugly. They aren't going to get out of the basement until they start wearing real uniforms. Same goes for the Reds.
