  1. Yup, a strikeout. Just like I predicted. Heh heh heh.
  2. Yup. In almost every instance, someone running on the field is just drunk and looking for attention, but there have been enough instances of players and umps being attacked that it shouldn't be tolerated. It's really not hard to understand. If you don't want to get tasered at a baseball game, all you have to do is stay somewhere in the stands. Sorry, but that's a short sighted, ignorant excuse for a solution. There is a difference between attacking thugs and drunk kids on a lark. If they are gonna sell that beer for 7 bucks a pop until a boy loses his judgement this kind of thing should be expected from time to time. The old, fat, unfit security gets the final blame. But it's too expensive for the cheap ass team to hire off duty cops like they used to who know how much force is needed; and the least, the better. Don't tase' 'em Bro! he wasn't even drunk you mongloid Drunk or sober is not germain to anything, and your greasy mother is a mogoloid. The Mongoloids had a really good army back in the day. They took over most of Europe.
  3. I am 100% in favor for the tazering of idiots. I hope this sets a precedent: Run on the field, and your ass gets tazered.
  4. Just another of Hendry's shortcomings. He had tunnel vision. He wanted his leadoff man at just about any cost-- price be damned. The Marlins knew this and got far more than they would have if all of baseball didn't know he was desperate.
  5. I'm not watching that 30 for 30. All the other ones have been very entertaining and informative, but I just can't re-live that night. I just can't.
  6. Let's beat the Pirates like we usually do. Then we can trade for some of their good players. Do they have any this year?
  7. I'm not a fan of Theroit's, but he's played very well so far this season. I keep waiting for him to suck though. He has pretty much sucked so far, but the balls have been finding holes. That's what she said.
  8. I don't understand how a team with such good hitting and starting pitching can be sub .500. That good hitting goes away mysteriously when there are RISP. And the bullpen is bad enough to negate the good starting pitching.
  9. It's just relieving that he's showing signs of life after being written off for dead last season.
  10. 35 pitches for Marmol so far. You gotta think he's unavailable tomorrow. Unless we're up by 10 in the 7th. Then he'll be out there for sure.
  11. He's starting to hit the ball hard, but unfortunately right at someone. That's a sign that his slump may be ending. I think (hope) he'll be ok. Perhaps he still may have some lingering shoulder issues?
  12. Damn. Ok, well, let's have Marmol be especially filthy in the 9th.
  13. impossible to say about the cubs, every day when i look at the boxscores and see we have like 15 baserunners and then 3 runs i just poop myself in anger You should probably see a doctor about that.
  14. At least quit hitting him behind friggin Fontenot.
  15. Yeah..........I don't know if I could stomach a Cubs .v. Cubs game. The Cubs would definitely lose. The only game in MLB history in which both teams lost. If there's any team that could do it, it's the Cubs.
  16. Cubs vs. Cubs? You know something the rest of us don't, Truffle? For about a half second I got really excited thinking the Cubs traded for Haren.
